The guardian have posted the winner of the Harper and Queens/Orange short story contest and it is really rather good and I thought several people here would appreciate it
My reaction too. What happens when you have outgrown all those dresses and are still here? In some ways it increased the poignancy to know that I am much older than her dress wearer and still here. Are there no dresses when you are past 45?
